Our Staff

At Fairdene Lodge, every single member of staff is committed to providing high quality, person centred care to each resident, undertaking regular training to ensure the elderly in our care enjoy an excellent quality of life.

What we do goes beyond a job; we make sure we get to know each resident personally, understanding their family history, likes and dislikes, and interests, enabling us to better understand how to engage in their care effectively. We’re committed to forming genuine friendships with our residents, believing in encouraging independence, recognising personal fulfilment, and giving everyone in our care the freedom of choice.

Our team are all highly qualified, but most of all, they care deeply about caring.
